U.S. Supreme Court upholds Arizona law punishing businesses that hire illegal immigrants.
The 5-3 ruling is a victory for supporters of a crackdown on illegal immigration. Opponents of the law, including the Obama administration, say it steps on traditional federal oversight over immigration matters.
Working for logical immigation reform based on a stable population, a recognition of the finite nature of our natural resources and the adverse impact of continued growth on our quality of life, standard of living, national interest, character, language, sovereignty and the rule of law. Pushing back and countering the disloyal elements in American society and the anti-American rhetoric of the leftwing illegal alien lobbies. In a debate, when your opponents turn to name calling, it's a good sign you've already won.

Obama is at it again. He wants to be a dictator, robbing citizens and states of all of their powers and freedoms.
Guess who was one of the dissenters? You got it, "Hispanic" Judge Sotomayer!
Dee will show her true colors by objecting to this ruling. She always claimed in the past that the employers needed to be reigned in and punished but we all know she only wanted that just as long as the illegals were left untouched. With e-verify the illegals won't be able to obtain work and Dee doesn't want that so she will be screaming that this will promote discrimination against "Hispanics". When in truth it will only stop illegals Hispanic or not from gaining employment.
Did you notice that one of the dissenting SC judges on this ruling was Sotomayer, the Hispanic? Pretty much says it all, doesn't it?
